Is an on-going discussion about new observations I intend make about the state of human health as it relates to two main areas:
1. The thinking
2. The body
These are very broad areas but I will try to be very specific in my commentary. Let me elaborate for you what these three areas mean to me and the way in which I will look at them:
1. The Thinking:
This is a category that is near and dear to us. For the last 30 years my husband David and I have been deeply involved in developing a new way to address the detrimental effects what is called “stress”. We see it as the number one bruiser of the thought process and we have a very specific plan of attack which we will be unveiling to the world very soon both here and in our other site on the web.
2. The Body:
When I talk about the body I’m of course going to talk about the physical aspects of the human person. I’ll be discussing what I see as the detrimental effects of how a stressed thought process works to do harm to our physiology. I’ll also point out what I believe to be a poor understanding by many of how the body is meant to work and what we can do to optimize it so it works better.
There you have it. My intentions for our blog are now laid out. I hope that I can now move foreword to supply you with information and commentary to is up to date and relevant to your life as much as it is to ours.
